Custom components installation

Hello,
I would like to test this component with my HA setup. please advise how it can be installed. I attempted adding the git url via hacs custom repo option but that didnt work.

I also could not make it work. Via hacs or custom_components folder

Same here, could not get uHoo Air integration to load after dropping the files in config/custom_components/uhooair/ directory. This resulted in the following error when validating configuration: "Platform error sensor.uhooair - Integration 'uhooair' not found." Also could not see if in hacs or integrations as install option after restarting HA. Please advise.

I haven't maintained these components in a while, so unfortunately they are not working with any recent version of HA.

I am setting up a new instance of HA at the moment, so hopefully, I can resolve that soon. I don't have access to a uhooair device any more, so anyone wants to volunteer to test, once I get time, then that would be great!

I am happy to test, I just got my uHoo device setup and am running the latest HA. I can also take a look at the code once I have some time.
