My .nc file contains monthly data but the time frame inside it like this: 1/12, I tried to fix it and change it from Jan to Dec with cdo, ncap2 and ... but it was still with error

This is mHM user forum. The problem at hand is related to netCDF, CDO, etc.

I would suggest you to solve the issue at CDO open discussion platform here:
