Hi. It looks like the https://github.com/microsoft/ARI/blob/main/README.md is outdated as portal doesn't have those options. For example, there is no Runtime Environment Experience etc.

The Runtime Environment Experience is the new Runbook experience, you should be seeing it when creating a new Automation Account:
