'PowerToys.Awake.exe --use-pt-config' opens a debug message window

Steps to reproduce

Run from a cmd shell:
"\Program Files\PowerToys\PowerToys.Awake.exe" --use-pt-config

This opens a black window with awake debug messages.

This does not happen when running awake with other options. For example, there's no such problem with:
"\Program Files\PowerToys\PowerToys.Awake.exe" --use-parent-pid

✔️ Expected Behavior

No debug window with the --use-pt-config, like for the --use-parent-pid option, or with no option at all.

Maybe add a new option enabling debugging messages, if actual debug messages ARE desired?
