[Question]: Finding the latest specific major agent version

We are trying to install the latest specific major version of an agent. The following query returns version 4 while we are expecting version 3:

https://dev.azure.com/{org}/_apis/distributedtask/packages/agent?platform=linux-x64&version-major=3&$top=1&api-version=7.2-preview

Is our query wrong, or is it just not possible?
