How to get light rouge theme?

All of the skins are using a dark rouge theme, but the Minimal-Mistakes skin pictures show different lighter rouge themes within them that are lighter in some cases for the lighter Minimal skins? I cannot seem to find a way to adjust the rouge theme to be lighter in any case either way, pleas all the Minimal-mistakes skins seem to be using dark rouge theme regardless of the skin... how can I make sure the Minimal-Mistakes skin is using a lighter rouge theme and/or customize it?
