[Issue]: Moonlight Crashes when connecting to Sunshine on Windows Server 2022

Describe the bug

I have a Server (Hyper-V) with 2 VMs on it.
VM 1: Windows Server 2022 with an Nvidia RTX A2000 as DDA routed to the VM
VM 2: Windows 11 with a NVidia RTX 3060 as DDA routed to the VM

On both the Server 2022 and the Windows 11 VM is Sunshine Server installed.
From the "Windows" Moonlight client I can connect fine to both the VMs and stream the Screen.

If I connect from android mobile phone or from my android tablet to both VMs only the connection to the Windows 11 VM works.

The connection to Windows Server 2022 crashes android moonlight when entering the pairing on the server PIN.

Steps to reproduce

Windows Server 2022 OS..
Install Sunshine
Pair with Windows Moonlight Client --> Works
Pair with Android Moonlight Client --> Instacrash when entering the pairing PIN
