Navigation links at the top

Hello craftsman,
I've been browsing the staged version on netlify. (good job btw). From the homepage, I noticed that i needed to scroll to the bottom everytime to access the navigation links. [Sessions, Speaker, etc]. It would be great to have these at top too. Thoughts?

these will definitely be added. for now the inner pages, sessions, speakers aren't public yet.

Will have to make it work with the circle thing on the homepage though. Maybe a menu around the globe? :P
