Floating Toolbar Power State

Bug Description

When you create a new node and hover your mouse over it, the floating toolbar will appear above the node, hovering over the power icon will give a tooltip of 'Activate' when the node is already active and 'Deactivate' when the node is deactivated

To Reproduce

1. Create a new node
2. Highlight/Select the newly created node
3. Hover over the power icon in the toolbar
4. Check the tooltip text

Expected behavior

1. When a node is activated, the power icon on the tooltip should say 'Deactivate'
2. When a node is deactivated, the power icon on the tooltip should say 'Activate'
