Can't use plot options buttons when plot in Stacked Plot #7969

Summary

Clicking cursor guides, hash marks toggle, other local control buttons in the first child of a Stacked Plot throws console errors.

Expected vs Current Behavior

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a stacked plot
  2. Drag a couple of telemetry endpoints into it
  3. In the plot options, toggle on cursor guides
  4. Move the mouse around over the plot canvas.
  5. Observe that the cursor does not show up and a console error occurs.

Testing instructions:

  1. Follow reproduction steps above in the bug description.
  2. Ensure that cursor guides do show up on a plot.
  3. If cursor guides are turned on for one plot, then you mouse over another plot in the stacked plots view, cursor guides should also be enabled and displayed in the other plot.
  4. Create a time strip and drag this stacked plot to the time strip.
  5. Repeat steps 1-3 in the timestrip view.
