Deposit and Shop coupons

Is there a possibility to also apply a coupon to the deposit?
I have the issue, that if I give a 100% discount a product with a deposit amount. The coupon does not apply to the deposit.

I came across a similar issue. Specifically, tax is not applied to the deposit, but when a discount is applied, it must be calculated on the total amount, including the deposit, even though the deposit amount within the product remains the same.
Is there a way to adjust the system so that, when a coupon of, say, 10% is entered, that 10% coupon is applied to the total amount, not just the amount excluding the deposit?
