Option to Disable collection of Message/Prompt Data to NewRelic

Summary

Currently the agent sends the prompt and response from OpenAI to New Relic.
For organizations with private/sensitive data being sent out to a private OpenAI instance,
the data being captured and sent to New Relic might not be desirable.

Desired Behavior

Environment Variable to suppress collection of Prompt and Messages from OpenAI API Calls.

Possible Solution

User can set Environment Variable like DATA_COLLECTION = False, which disable collection of messages/prompts or any language data and only metrics shall be collected.
