Description of feature

While not necessarily required, these can fit some recommended protocols by vendors like KAPA, (cf. "KAPA Bioinformatics Analysis for Longitudinal Detection of Circulating Tumor DNA"), where the non-UMI sequences are trimmed using fastp.
