For some data types, it would be useful to have a not equal to operator available.
I realise that in some cases the same thing could probably be achieved by creating a greater than or less than rule, but that's a bit messier to set up.
It wouldn't be appropriate for numbers with decimal values like blood glucose, but could be useful for other data types such as "SSID <> home", or "profile % <> 100"
