OSX/XQuartz - Invalid window id format: . #417

I Installed all of the required libraries except for tmux et al.
After installing X11 using xquartz and enabling XTEST i still can't make tdrop work.

➜  ~ tdrop -h 100% kitty
2023-04-12 08:46:45 Error: Exceeded timeout of 10 seconds waiting for program.
xprop: error: Invalid window id format: .

Funny thing kitty does open immediately as it would if I execute kitty in the terminal

Platform M1 Mac using a second monitor and stage manager.

I have never tried to use tdrop on mac. I'd be surprised if it worked even with xquartz.

I'd like to see a similar program for mac as well, but I think it should probably be created with something like hammerspoon. Tdrop is too tied to X.
