Hi,

I tried running the current version (1.45.3) with wildduck-dockerized. Nothing (e.g. user registration) is working, when just updating the version in the docker compose file. It seems that the configuration etc. files only work with v1.34.0.

After changing the version back to v1.34.0 I could create accounts through the wildduck web interface. Then I was looking for a way to upgrade my installation, but could not find any changelog or migration guide on what has to change from version 1.34.0 up to 1.45.3..

The available migration guides only mention how I can import/move emails from other email services, but not how I can migrate a old wildduck version to the current one.

Kindly point me to the update documentation - thank you!

Hello! Wildduck-dockerized will be revamped/reworked/updated some time soon in 2025. Hopefully that will fix many issues that you might be facing

The way I implemented it was based on a misunderstanding about how you're meant to configure wildduck. This lead to configs breaking across versions, that's why I pinned the version tag with plans to get back to it. Then life got in the way :(

Nick is fixing my mistakes though :)
