Televideo: Pass the physician B2C ID into the physician slot

When a patient clicks on the televideo/tele-education icon (which doesn't exist yet, but needs to be built: "Referral Button"), it will launch the televideo link and pass through a volunteer physician ID:

Ideas:

Broadcast the 4 digit ID code, and the people text message the code back and forth (think like zoom).

Our clinic broadcasts the code to both people.
We send the patient a message with the ID code number)

Idea 2:

When a patient hits a button, his code broadcasts to a bunch of physicians.

The first volunteer physician that picks up, the session is locked in.

We distribute the meeting code to the doctor.

1. button clicked (random code generated on patient side). Patient doesn't need to see the code
2. AskCo19 backend searches the physicians based on demographic, specialty, region. AskCo19 accepts.
3. Multiple physicians can see the call. First doctor to accept, connection is created.

Nobody enters anycode.

Idea 3:

1. Patient televideo code is broadcast to ALL doctors
2. Whichever doctor is online will/can answer the call

If you've established a couple of visits with the same doctor, if both agrees, it could be a continuity patient-doctor relationship (ie. follow-up visit, same doctor)
