Redirect unverified users to the extended registration form after signing in

After signing in an unverified user should be taken to a page with the extended registration form.

Users can skip this step by clicking on a "SKIP" button. Add a message saying if you don't fill in this information you'll have limited access.

Users with level 1 or 2 won't be redirected to this page after signing in.
