1)  Remove support for met only mode (Simulation of metrology).
2)  Supports SAR ADC meterology mode, running as default.
3)  Supports parallel execution of SAR ADC with SPI based external AFE, when SPI is connected.

5)  Prioritize the SAR ADC with external AFE based metrology whenever both UART and SPI connections available.
