At the moment, it's only possible to run a single program, which is bin/fibonacci.

Let's make it possible to run this tool like this:

$ phie /tmp/xmir

In /tmp/xmir we'll have .xmir files, generated by eoc. Our tool should parse XMIR and convert it into internal formulas for Emu. Then, the rest goes as it works now.
