opam error: Missing field 'maintainer' #686

ocaml version version 5.2.1

running opam after the project folder is created

opam install .
[WARNING] Failed checks on myproject package definition from source at

    error 23: Missing field 'maintainer'
  warning 25: Missing field 'authors'
  warning 35: Missing field 'homepage'
  warning 36: Missing field 'bug-reports'
  warning 47: Synopsis (or description first line) should start with a capital and not end with a dot

the project folder was generated with eliom-distillery -name myproject -template os.pgocaml
