Type checking of parameters in NotebookAdapter init

Due to logging in constructor. Do we really want to do parameter analysis at this early stage?

Affects e.g. bot, producing internal error before building.
It could even be good, but then the exception needs to be handled properly there to notify user about wrong annotation.
