GUI - Windows - loading "secrests" - Not possible to select the files - no access to working file

In my system (Windows), folders created within ODTP (GUI) are not accessible otherwise. I tried to copy the files with secrets to the working directory "digital-twin," but there is no way to access them from the GUI.

I tried moving the whole ODTP to a different path, assuming permission issues to write to the selected working directory, but this did not solve the issue. It seems a bit particular to Windows (I was checking with Sabine already). Any suggestions?
