Channel Groups

When dealing with images that have lots of Channels, it is useful to be able to organise them into groups, which allows you to turn multiple channels on/off at once. This feature is supported in pathviewer and channel groups are stored as Annotations.

I would be nice to read these same annotations in iviewer instead of doing things differently.
