Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

As this package is based on this one, it should allow to use the same options.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to use options such as --excludePackages,

npx @guidesmiths/license-checker --outputFileName COPYRIGHT --failOn /GPL/ --excludePackages node-forge
