What needs to be changed?
Describe in more detail, how using multiple OTel collector config files works and how the collector behaves in that case.
Right now, that feature is only mentioned in a side sentence and doesn't describe what the collector does.

What is the name + path of the page that needs changed?
URL: https://opentelemetry.io/docs/collector/configuration/
Path: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry.io/blob/main/content/en/docs/collector/configuration.md

Additional context: anything else you can think about that would be helpful.
