Describe the bug

When using the "email all users" feature by system admins who are upgrading production environments, the emails that users receive have a couple of bugs.

  1. The address that appears in the To: line is not the same as the recipient's inbox email address. It is for another user.
  2. The email says "Farajaland" in the from text
