Thanks for the report! I do think this is how it has always behaved. I can replicate the report in Redwood and Quince, and I'm 99% sure it happens in previous releases as well (don't quote me on this). I couldn't find in the docs where explicitly says they must be meaningful strings, but that's what the examples show.
@crathbun428@jmakowski1123: do you know whether this the correct behavior for the CSV team-set column? Using the team-set ID instead of the team-set name?
