Description

Ccache needs a place persist between ephemeral instances.

We can use the storage provided by macstadium to house our caches, perhaps segregated by version/architecture (depending on sizes).

We'll need to prove this works with ephemeral nodes, otherwise our macos builds will be time consuming.
