When scrolling in the timeline detail view, it's difficult (near impossible) to tell what part of the timeline the visualization is representing without some type of cursor.

Create a cursor on the timeline band view that corresponds to the current scroll position.
Moving the scroll in the timeline band view should update the scroll position in the timeline detail view.
Scrolling in the timeline detail view should update the cursor position in the timeline band view.
