As a developer, I should be able to go online and create an IFM account, so that I can publish IFM data to my account, and view the resulting IFMs on the server via my account.

Use Auth0 for authentication and collecting emails for accounts.
Generate key for connecting IDE to publisher.

Acceptance Criteria:

User can create account.
User can publish IDE data to their account.
User can find and view an IFM posted to their account.
