As a developer, I can review the detailed file activity that occurred during a task, so I have context to remember what happened, so I can identify the causes of friction.

Acceptance Criteria:

The timeline should display columns for:

Actual time (date only displayed on date change to reduce clutter)
Relative time
File name (modified files are blue)
Duration

Events and timeband start/end comments should be interwoven into the detailed file activity.
File activity and events should be highlighted in red/blue/yellow when the activity or event falls within a band.
