As a developer, when I'm viewing the detailed timeline page, I may have recorded activity as part of the current task that doesn't actually belong to the task. Task-switching and forgetting to update the active task in the IFM tools is a fairly common occurrence.

By having a mechanism to easily move activity to different tasks, the timelines can be easily corrected before review. Not having this feature can make it difficult to analyze the timeline data.

Acceptance Criteria:

A user can select the starting and ending activity of a timeline range.
A user can assign the selected activity to a task of their choosing (or a new task), and the activity will then disappear from the current IFM, and the timeline will collapse.
