should be 22 Sep – 20 Oct 2023, 9am – 3pm AEST

if years are the same: 22 Sep – 20 Oct 2023
if years are different: 22 Dec 2023 – 20 Jan 2024

AM/PM - change to am/pm and in smaller size (same as AEST).

when not zoomed, should probably just be 22 Sep – 20 Oct 2023.

ie. only add time range when zoomed.

(justification: 12am – 12am is clunky.)
