HTTP2 Support

SolarWinds SEM under browZer currently encounters the following:

HTTP/1.1 505 
Content-Type: text/html;charset=ISO-8859-1
Content-Length: 114
Date: Thu, 10 Oct 2024 13:53:48 GMT
Connection: close

<h1>HTTP Status 505 - HTTP Version not supported</h1>
You may need to restart the browser to continue using SEM UI

This is because ZBR currently uses HTTP 1.1

If SEM cannot be configured to use HTTP 1.1, we will need to add HTTP2 protocol support to ZBR before SEM can be successful under browZer.
