[D3D9Client issue]External Cam lighting does not match main render #539

As can be seen in the included screenshot, the lighting shown in the external camera view does not match what is being shown in the main render. Note the generally shaded SpaceHAB module with a slight illumination on it in the main window and then compare it to the brightly lit view of the external camera on Monitor 2. Quite a disagreement in the lighting there!
