libxmlsec1-openssl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

i use python 2.7 and i have install lxml and openssl but i run the script he return me -> libxmlsec1-openssl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory, i am use function lambda.
