How to request your dataset publication

You can publish your own dataset from pride web. Please follow the below steps.

After login to pride web (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/pride/), go to your profile -> private data -> select the private dataset -> publish button
-> Please fill in either PubmedID or DOI by selecting the correct option from dropdown (it's possible to submit even without this information) -> Submit

NOTE:

1. Please login using the submitter email NOT the reviewer account details we sent you.
2. If the PubmedID/DOI doesn't exist in EUPMC or if it's a preprint, the request to make it public will fail. In such cases, it's possible to omit those fields when you request to make the dataset public.

Usually, it's processed immediately but it depends on how busy the PRIDE server queue is. Please report to PRIDE support only when you don't see your data public in 2~3 days (If the dataset is huge, it takes a lot of time to sync files to the PRIDE public storage).
