[RAK4631] region Taiwan can not work normally

I use RAK4631 module, and it work well when set region to China, but when I set the region to other, like Taiwan, USA... it can not work.

Seems when frequency to be 900MHZ band , it can not work.

Is there any setting need to do for region using 900MHz band?

When you purchase the RAK4631 you are required to pick a frequency band. China uses 470mhz band and this is probably the version of the chip you have. If you want to use 800-900mhz frequency band you will need to select the right option when purchasing.

By the way, I find the debug message:
"SX126X_DIO3_TCXO_VOLTAGE defined, using DIO3 as TCXO reference voltage at 1.800000 V"

For RAK4631, it don't use TCXO, is this the problem?

I'm in the US so I use US915. The RAK4631, I believe, has a built-in TCXO. I don't use Skype but I am on Discord. I recommend you go on the Meshtastic Discord and ask there. There are many more people who could help you there, these GitHub discussions seem pretty dead.

do you have a schematic of RAK4731? I want to check the DIO3 behavior.

I dont believe RAK wireless has a schematic online for the RAK4631 but they do have a datasheet on their docs site. https://docs.rakwireless.com/product-categories/wisblock/rak4631/overview
