You don't need a driver, you need to put the Tdeck into flashing mode. This is the second time I've seen somebody post here talking about drivers. Where did you find information telling you that you needed to install drivers? Installing random drivers can be dangerous. |

Just another bit of information for you - if you want to post a screenshot it's better to actually upload the image because it will give a preview here on github. You don't need to paste the image into a word document before you upload here. You're just adding extra steps and making anyone who wants to view the screenshot download the document in order to open it on their device. |

Do you have TDeck or a TLora? |

Sorry about the screenshot, its been a long time since I posted on a forum. I have a T-deck, I tried putting the t-deck in flash mode before I made the first post. No dice. I am using Chromium. I borrowed a friends chromebook and flashed it a few mins. Really would like to be able to flash it with Ubuntu. I found the information about the driver from MEshtatic's web site and the instructions from the readme file in the download. |

Hi, I am new to Mestastic. I got a Lilygo T and it got stuck rebooting the boot screen minus the meshtasic logo after I changed the region to LoRa. I am trying to reflash it using unbuntu, but I need the usb driver for unbuntu to recognize the device. I downloaded the drivers but I am having trouble getting it installed. I am getting errors on the Make step. I tried opening the location of the downloaded driver in the terminal and using "Make" also tried "Make Makefile", both had errors. What am I doing wrong?
