What's the proper LOCATION and VARIABLE to start doign RAG with PDF files?

Hello All,
i'm a bit confused as it looks the environment i'm trying to run is hitting too many issues , only because lack of clarity on my side, and probably (not blaming anyone) not clear documentation to support the usage.
Now it is about using some PDF file to train the LLM for my own purpose.
It is always failing with no evident reasons.

So the questions is: Where do i expect to SEE the DOCUMENT Uploaded?
Additional question: is the variable in the filer llm-server/workers/tasks/bot_utils.py influence that?
