Use riddl testkit for test files #76

Make use of the RunCommandOnExamplesTest, which is in the riddl-testkit library.

It will download riddl-examples to a temporary directory and then provide a function to run a command, with parameters, on named tests. It can be modified it to do whatever is needed based on examples
