The menu item Share by cloud in the File Provider is no longer available, which was implemented here:
#910

I couldn't reproduce the issue with a recent build. There, it still shows up as "Share by cloud" in the Files app.

Well, maybe there is something hidden somehow. I reproduced that in the latest regression test:
