Problems with forms display

Good evening
In my site, www.polobianciardigrosseto.edu.it, i don't see the double form in footer3 and I don't see footer4 at all
In footer3 must be appear the menu Didattica e in the footer4 must be appear Novità
Both forms are set up correctly on the admin side but not displayed on the site
can you give me suggestions
