I need user documentation on views. Can you answer these questions?

How do they work? How do I create one?

How many rows will the table show me without views? Can views help me view more? What should I do if I have a table with 10,000 rows?

Are the subsample table rows limited?

@khoroshevskyi can you prioritize this? I am working with some people who need to use pephub for large number of samples and we need to know the best way to accommodate that.

Right now the "Views" has a little help tooltip that links to the generic API documentation, but it says nothing about views.
