As a user I would like to be able to see my /requests from the user profile (simply add Subscription requests link to the profile bar with posts, comments and subscribers/subscriptions count)

this a little conflicts with an info message that is always visible if there are pending requests. i wouldn't rush doing this it the way users told they want to see it. let's go for UX round first.

You cannot see your outgoing requests if you don't have any incoming, right?

you cannot cancel sent requests now :-)
