With the plugin enabled, the form is working fine but once I submit the entry, fields get screwed up. If I disable the plugin everything works as expected.
For some reason, the second field is getting the value from the last field, whilst the other fields remain empty. In the attached image, the bottom entry is with the plugin disabled and the top entry with the plugin enabled.
The fields are populated with the GP Populate Anything plugin and there is no Pod feed configured.
Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)
I disabled all plugins and only left the ones required for the form to no avail.
I exported the Pod and form to a new install, installed all the required plugins but could not recreate the issue.
Not sure where to look, DB maybe? Looking for some guidance on how to troubleshoot this issue.

Ok I have found the problem. There is an issue with the GP Populate Anything plugin. Whilst comparing the production site with the test site I noticed the test site had an old version of the GP Populate anything plugin version 1.0-beta-4.128. When I updated it to the current version 1.2.4. the problem started happening on the test site.
Reverting the production site to the beta version has solved the problem. Not sure which plugin needs to be updated. Pods Gravity Forms or Populate Anything.
