UIUserInterfaceStyle false positive on Xcode15

Hello,
We're in the midst of transitioning to Xcode 15 and have noticed some peculiar behavior. For some reason, UIUserInterfaceStyle.dark seems to be intermittently disregarded. While we did come across this thread for reference, our implementation appears to be more streamlined: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/732069. Has anyone else encountered similar issues?
