Notify the user on their first 10 trades logged / however many hatches?

Not sure if this is worth the time or if there is a better way, but it's just an idea I had.

Since the "apply for flair" option is buried in a menu, we often get messages saying "i have 10 trades y no flair yet???" because people don't know how to apply.

Perhaps when they reach their first flair milestone (10 trades, and currently 5 hatches but could be reduced to 1), a little thing could pop up saying "congrats, you can now apply for flair, this is how you do it"?

Another option would be to move the button to a more visible place (top right corner on the page for example).

So, what I'm probably going to do (because I really like this idea) is combine this with #45 and essentially make a notifications section. When they can apply for a new flair, it'll give them a notification, and #45 will be giving them a notification when someone says they traded with them.

Also, #234 would work well with this as well. I think this could be a nice situation.

Having said that, moving the button might be an idea in the meantime. I'll create that as a small story that I can do this week (cause there are a number of small things that are higher priority) and then I'll get on this.
