Description

The resume preview section continues to flash on some Chrome browsers.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to landing page
  2. Scroll down to resume preview section

Actual Behavior

On some chrome browsers the resume preview section continues to flash

Expected Behavior

This flash shouldn't happen
